- Reduction of +str from gear which should require players to invest in strength to use top tier gear.
- Increase in damage bonus from strength. Players will notice a larger increase in how much damage they do with invested strength.
- Quest flags returned
- New anti-rush measures put on the server which prevent NM/Hell players from joining games after they have completed the Baal quest. (more detail here)
- Reduction crushing blow to a maximum of 4% on any weapon
- Grand Skill charms are replaced with Soulstones. These Soulstones only drop from Hell Act Bosses (Andy, Dury, Meph, Diablo, Baal) and you can only carry one at a time.

- New crafting formulas
- Color tags added to high runes
- New item graphics, makes it easier to see your items in your inventory
- Zod runewords improved
- A few new runewords and uniques
- Damage of caster weapons reduced as they require minimal strength
- Range increased on Caster weapons
- Range increased on some daggers and strength requirements added to daggers
- oskill zeal is now on the Normal Samheim charm allowing players to build hybrid characters
- range increased on base scepter (scepter, rune scepter, mighty scepter) line to prevent zeal bug
- str requirements increased on Spears
- Throwing weapons can now get full sockets
- various map exploits corrected
- vendors now sell class specific items
