General: --Crushing Blow removed from ALL 1-hand weapons and reduced to 1% on all 2-hand weapons.
--One complete horizantal row from the inventory has been removed.

--Land of Shadow final map no longer has any obstacles and/or buggable terrain (completely flat).
--Land of Shadow bosses are now fully immune to knock back effects.
--LoS Barbarian AI changed to Talic's AI w/ Might aura.
--Diamond PDR/MDR progression changed to 1-2-3-4-6-9-13-18.
--Act 2 thorns mercenary replaced by Blessed Aim.

Anti-Rushing:
--All portals now have quest requirements again.
--A character that has completed the Normal (Nightmare as well) Baal quest cannot --JOIN-- a game that has the quest open.These characters can still --CREATE-- Normal (and Nightmare) games though.
Items:
--All sources of oskill teleport replaced by charges of teleport.
--Inferno and Arctic Blast removed as an oskill on ALL items.
--Shadowdancers leap has been removed.

--Clone zerk, and make impale magic damage (scale the damage back by 50%)

--Claw Mastery now gains 10% AR per hard point in Venom
--Fade now yields 1% DR per hard point.
--Mind Blast Psychic Hammer, and all trap skills removed from Shadow Masters spell list.
Barbarian:
--Battle Orders, Shout, and Battle Command duration all greatly reduced to prevent buff botting.
--Increased Stamina now gains 4% max HP per level rather than 5%.
--Frenzy gains 1% damage reduction per hard point and is included in the self buff portion of the skill, the self buff duration increased to 20 seconds.
--Passive deadly strike on ALL weapon masteries set to 12% at rank 1 and 2% per hard point. Capping at 50% at level 20.
Druid:
--Lycanthropy now gains 4% max HP per level rather than 5%.
--Raven yields one at level 1, a second at level 10, and a third at level 20 (hard points only). The damage will be ramped up a great deal to make them more viable as single target DPS.
--Spirit Wolves now cap at 3 total wolves.
--Dire Wolves now cap at 2 total wolves.
--Spirit wolves and Dire wolves can still be summoned together.
--Spirit of Barbs no longer removes curses and poisons instantly, but instead reduces them based on the poison reduction.
Paladin:
--Conviction now starts at 25% pierce gaining 1% per hard point and 1% per 4 soft points.
--Vengeance now provides a passive 1% pierce, for the paladin, to fire, cold, and lightning per 2 hard points.
----Vengeance now deals splash damage in a 1.5 yard radius and has a new on hit graphic to reflect the AoE damage.
--Smite gains 1% Damage Reduction per hard point for 15 seconds aftering smiting.
--Blessed Hammer no longer bypasses resists.
--Salvation no longer provides absorbs.
--Each respective resist aura (fire, cold, and light) now provides 10 absorb to its element rather than 20.

Necromancer:
--Poison Strike no longer spawns a cloud and is now purely single target, will require AR to land a hit.
--CE now has a 1 sec cooldown and costs 30 mana at level 1 +2 mana per soft level. And is capped at a 12 yard radius.
--Skeletons now require hard points to increase the max number that you can summon, capping at 11 at skill level 20.
--Amplify Damage now starts at 25% pierce, gains 1% pierce per hard point, and 1% pierce per 4 soft points.--Lower Resist now starts at 25% pierce, gains 1% pierce per hard point, and 1% pierce per 4 soft points.
--Decrepify reduced to 20% physical pierce.
Sorceress:
--Teleport now has a 1 second cooldown.
--Frozen Armor can now be cast on friendly targets.
